How To Do It

  • Come onto all your fours, with your knees hip-distance apart and your hips over your knees.
  • Push your toes into the mat.
  • Inhale and tuck your tailbone round your back.
  • Suck in your navel towards the spine.
  • Lower your head and bring your chin onto the chest.
  • Inhale and exhale a few times.

2. Ananda Balasana (Happy Baby Pose)

The Baby Baby Pose boosts the flexibility of your legs, making sex more explorative and exciting. 

How To Do It

  • Lie flat on your back on a yoga mat or on the floor.
  • Bend your knees towards your chest at an angle of 90 degrees.
  • Bend the soles of your feet upwards, so that the soles face the ceiling.
  • Move your torso at a higher position, so that you can hold your feet at the back or front of your feet with your hands.
  • Spread your knees apart, bringing them up towards your armpits.
  • Gently cradle yourself, moving from one side to the other, resembling a happy baby.
  • Hold this position while you inhale and exhale deeply for a few seconds and return to the starting position.

3. Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Bridge Pose)

This yoga pose improves blood circulation and flushes toxins out of your body. It also strengthens your pelvis, making for an ever better sex sesh between the sheets.

How To Do It

  • Lie down on your back, with your legs being kept hip-width apart.
  • Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the ground, keeping your heels close to the hips.
  • Press your palms into the floor and lift your hips off the floor / yoga mat.
  • Engage your core muscles and hold the pose for about 15 to 20 seconds.
  • Slowly release the pose and rest on hips on the ground again.
  • Repeat this posture 5-6 times.

4. Balasana (Child Pose)

A wonderful yoga pose for loosening your hips, this is one exercise you must include in your daily fitness routine for improving your sex life.

How To Do It:

  • Kneel down with your knees wide apart and toes touching the floor.
  • Place your hands on the floor and then gradually move them away from your body.
  • Next, keep lowering the torso towards the ground till you place it between your thighs.
  • Keep your palms fixed to the ground and stay still or slowly move your head from side to side.

5. Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Facing Dog)

  • Straighten your knees as well as the elbows, while your heels touch the floor and ears scrape past the inner arms.
  • Look downwards towards the navel and hold this position for as long as you can while inhaling deeply.
  • Lift the head, bend the knees, and sit on the floor gently to return to the original position. Keep slow but deep breaths.
