1. Wear Sunscreen: The most important tip for summer skin care is to use sunscreen every day. Choose a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 and apply it to all exposed skin before going outside. Reapply every two hours, especially if you're sweating or swimming.

2. Hydrate: Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and eating water-rich foods. Dehydration can make your skin look dull and tired, so it's essential to keep your body hydrated from the inside out.

3. Exfoliate: Exfoliate once a week to remove dead skin cells and keep your skin looking smooth and radiant. Use a gentle exfoliating scrub or a chemical exfoliant like alpha hydroxy acids (AHAs) or beta hydroxy acids (BHAs).
