1. Warm up the olive oil: Start by warming up a small amount of olive oil in a microwave-safe bowl for a few seconds or by placing the bowl in warm water. This will help the oil penetrate better into your cuticles and nails.

2. Soak your nails: Soak your nails in warm water for 5-10 minutes to soften your cuticles before applying the oil. This will help the oil absorb better and hydrate your skin.

3. Apply the oil: Using a dropper or a small brush, apply the warm olive oil directly to your cuticles and nails. Massage the oil gently into your skin and nails for a few minutes to promote absorption.

4. Cover your hands: Cover your hands with gloves or plastic wrap and leave the oil on for at least 30 minutes or overnight. This will help the oil penetrate deep into your skin and nails, promoting growth and nourishment.

5. Wash off excess oil: After the desired amount of time, wash off any excess oil with warm water and gentle soap. Avoid using hot water or harsh soaps, as these can dry out your skin and nails.

6. Repeat regularly: For best results, repeat this process 2-3 times a week or as often as needed to keep your cuticles and nails moisturized and healthy. Regular use of olive oil can help improve the appearance and health of your nails and cuticles over time.
