DIY Curd & Green Tea Face Mask For Inflammation


The face mask is just right for  toning your skin, reducing redness, and leaving it toned and exfoliated.

Ingredients – 2 tbsp yoghurt – 1½ tbsp oatmeal – 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar – 1 tsp honey – 3 tbsp green tea (strongly brewed)

Method 1. Add the oatmeal and apple cider vinegar to the mixing bowl and mix thoroughly so the latter coats the former completely.

2. Add the curd and let the mixture sit for 2 minutes then add honey  & mix again to ensure that it gets evenly distributed. Now pour the green tea and give the mixture a final mix.

3. Let it dry for 15 minutes before you wash it off with lukewarm water then rinse off with cool water to close the open pores.
