Deepika Padukone's top tips for staying hydrated and beautiful

1. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your body and skin hydrated. Aim for at least 8 glasses of water per day.

2. Incorporate hydrating foods into your diet, such as fruits and vegetables with high water content like watermelon, cucumber, and tomatoes.

3. Use a hydrating moisturizer to keep your skin soft and supple. Look for products that contain ingredients like hyaluronic acid, glycerin, and aloe vera.

4. Avoid alcohol and caffeine, as they can dehydrate your body and skin. If you do drink them, make sure to drink plenty of water alongside.

5. Use a hydrating facial mist throughout the day to refresh and hydrate your skin. You can also use it to set your makeup for a dewy finish.

6. Get enough sleep, as lack of sleep can dehydrate your skin and make it look dull. Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep per night to wake up feeling refreshed and hydrated
