  • ⅓ cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1-2 tablespoon almond oil or olive oil
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • Few drops of vanilla extract (optional)

Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven and place hazelnuts on a baking sheet. Roast for 12 to 15 minutes. 
  2. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
  3. When cooled, gently rub the nuts with the towel until the skin comes off.
  4. Place the nuts in a food processor and process until finely ground. Add sugar and cocoa. Mix until well combined.
  5. Once the mixture is smooth, drizzle in the oil and vanilla. Process until smooth.
  6. Add the salt and grind for 5 seconds until the entire mixture is creamy.

  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • ¾ cup Nutella

Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and grease with butter. In a large bowl, add all the dry ingredients – flour, baking soda, and salt. 
  2. In another large bowl, mix together butter, sugar, egg and egg yolk, sour cream, and vanilla. Add mashed bananas and stir until combined. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients until just combined. Add about ½ cup of the Nutella. Be careful not to stir too much. 
  3. Transfer it to the loaf pan, then drizzle the remaining Nutella on top. Bake for about 1 hour. 
  4. Let it cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then remove it and serve.

  • 1½ cups of Nutella
  • 1 cup butter, softened

  1. Place Nutella in a large bowl. Microwave it for a few seconds to soften it.

  7. Alternate adding the flour mixture and milk to the batter. Begin by adding half of the dry mix, then mix well. Add the remaining flour mixture and mix until smooth.
  8. Fill the cups about ¾ way leaving space for it to expand. Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few crumbs.
  9. Allow cupcakes to cool about 2-3 minutes, then top them with Nutella and Ferrero rocher chocolates.
