  • 1 papaya (small-sized)
  • 2 to 3 chikoo (sapodilla)
  • ⅓ cup chopped strawberries or 10 to 12 strawberries
  • 3 to 4 figs (fresh)
  • 1 small pomegranate
  • 10 to 12 cashews (chopped)
  • 10 to 12 almonds (chopped)
  • 12 to 15 pistachios (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or any other sweetener (optional)
  • 5 to 6 mint leaves to garnish

Steps

  1. Chop all the fruits into bite-sized pieces, so that they all look uniform. Put them all in a bowl. 
  2. Chop the nuts next and add them to the same bowl.

Steps

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple (chopped)
  • 3 bananas (sliced)
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 cups strawberries (sliced)
  • 3 kiwi fruit (peeled and diced)
  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ⅔ cup fresh orange juice
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon orange zest (grated)
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest (grated)

Steps

  1. Mix lemon juice, orange juice, orange zest, lemon zest, and brown sugar in a saucepan and bring it to a boil over medium-high heat.
  2. Reduce the heat to medium-low after some time and put it on simmer for about 5 minutes or till it has slightly thickened.
