    • 2 bananas (medium-sized)
    • 2 ripe and sweet mangoes (medium to large)
    • 1 papaya (small-sized)
    • 2 to 3 chikoo (sapodilla)
    • ⅓ cup chopped strawberries or 10 to 12 strawberries
    • 3 to 4 figs (fresh)
    • 1 small pomegranate
    • 10 to 12 cashews (chopped)
    • 10 to 12 almonds (chopped)
    • 12 to 15 pistachios (chopped)
    • 1 tablespoon honey or any other sweetener (optional)
    • 5 to 6 mint leaves to garnish

    Steps

    1. Chop all the fruits into bite-sized pieces, so that they all look uniform. Put them all in a bowl. 
    2. Chop the nuts next and add them to the same bowl.
    3. Add honey or sweetener of your choice.

    • 2 medium-sized mangoes
    • 4 to 5 small to medium chikoo (sapodilla)
    • 1 large banana
    • 10 to 12 strawberries
    • 1 dragon fruit (optional)
    • 10 to 15 tablespoons of nuts like cashews, almonds & pistachios (chopped)
    • Vanilla ice cream of a proportion of your choice

    Steps

    1. For fruit salad with ice cream, chop the fruits after rinsing and peeling them. Take the chopped mixed fruits into a bowl.
    2. Add the chopped nuts to the same mixing bowl.
    3. Add dollops of ice cream to the chopped fruits and nuts.

    • 1 banana

    • ¼ cup honey/powdered sugar/maple syrup
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract/rose water

    Steps

    Ingredients

    • 2 cups fresh pineapple (chopped)
    • 3 bananas (sliced)
    • 2 oranges
    • 2 cups strawberries (sliced)
    • 3 kiwi fruit (peeled and diced)
    • 1 cup seedless grapes
    • 2 cups blueberries
    • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    • ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
    • ⅔ cup fresh orange juice
    • ⅓ cup brown sugar
    • ½ teaspoon orange zest (grated)
    • ½ teaspoon lemon zest (grated)

    Steps

    1. Mix lemon juice, orange juice, orange zest, lemon zest, and brown sugar in a saucepan and bring it to boil over medium-high heat.
    2. Reduce the heat to medium-low after some time and put it on simmer for about 5 minutes or till it has slightly thickened.
    3. Add vanilla extract after removing the pan from the heat.
    4. Set aside to cool.

    • 1 to ½ cups fresh blueberries

    • ⅛ teaspoon coconut extract
    • ½ cup sugar
    • 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks (drained)
    • 1 can of frozen non-alcoholic pina colada mix
    • ½ cup pineapple-orange juice
    • ⅛ teaspoon almond extract

    Steps

    1. Mix coconut extract, pineapple chunks, pina colada, pineapple-orange juice, and almond extract with sugar, and keep stirring until the latter has dissolved completely

    • ½ cup sweetened shredded coconut (toasted)

    Steps

    1. Whisk together yoghurt, along with orange juice and coconut milk to prepare the fruit salad dressing, and then refrigerate for a few hours.
    2. Cut the fruits into uniform, bite-sized portions and place them in a mixing bowl.
