  4. Take your piece of elastic and put it through the cylindrical fabric. Hold tight to the edges of the elastic. The length of the elastic should be proportional to your usual rubberband.
  5. Once have the elastic out from the other side of the cylindrical piece, take both sides and secure it.
  6. You can either tie a knot or the two ends of the elastic together.
  7. Later take the two ends of the cylindrical fabric, fold it inside so the raw seams are invisible. Stitch and close the opening. 
  8. Your silk scrunchie is ready!
